Is a complementary therapy which aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. Focusing on parts of the body that requires rehabilitation. It is designed to balance muscle, tension and tone, which in turn will promote the return to normal position; increase the flow of blood & lymph, particularly in the injured areas, thus removing blockages, damaged cells, scar tissue and adhesions resulting from injury.

Sports Massage

Is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma.

Involves a wide range of techniques that includes effleurage, kneading, wringing, hacking and trigger pointing, all directed towards any problem areas.

Is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of muscles and connective tissues.
